01 — A small CRM
The CRM that won’t grow into HubSpot.
Flat $19 per month. 500 contacts. No per-seat math. Built for one-to-three-person teams that want a CRM, not a platform.
Cancel anytime. CSV export is one button.
03 — Three things we mean
Flat is flat.
$19 covers everything in Solo. The price will not creep. Pair is $39, also flat. We will never charge per seat.
The cap is the feature.
500 contacts on Solo. 2,000 on Pair. When you outgrow it, you outgrow it. We help you leave with a single CSV button.
Export is a button.
Five CSVs and a README in a zip. No support ticket. No are-you-sure modal. Drop it into Pipedrive or Attio in an afternoon.
04 — How it works
Three motions. That’s the product.
- 01
Forward an email.
Forward a customer email to your workspace inbox slug. It pins to the matching contact by sender address. No Gmail OAuth, no extension to install.
- 02
Drag a deal across stages.
Five stages. One pipeline. No automations to debug, no rules engine to configure. The board is the work.
- 03
Leave clean if it stops fitting.
One Settings button gives you every contact, deal, task, activity, and email as CSVs in a zip. We even include Pipedrive and Attio mapping hints in the README.
05 — Pricing
Two tiers. Both flat.
No per-seat. No annual lock. The price you see is the price that recurs.
Solo
flat / month
- Unlimited deals across one pipeline
- Unlimited tasks and activity log
- Forward-to-inbox email pinning
- CSV export anytime
- Email support
Pair
flat / month
- Everything in Solo
- Member invite (one extra seat)
- Higher cap for growing books
- Same support tier; no upsell
14-day trial, no credit card. 30-day refund, no questions. Outgrow the cap and we’ll help you leave — that’s the deal.
06 — How we compare
The matrix, plainly.
Honest checkmarks. Sometimes the other one is right — every full page links out where it makes the case for picking it instead.

07 — Questions
Asked, answered.
The same questions every week. We’d rather answer them once on the landing page than in onboarding.
Why a cap?
The alternative is the cap not existing — which is how every CRM grows into HubSpot. The cap is a load-bearing promise. It anchors a flat price and stops scope creep.
What happens when I hit 500 contacts?
On Solo, the contact list shows a soft warning at 80%. At 100%, the create-contact button disables. Upgrade to Pair, prune dead contacts, or export and leave clean. We will never auto-bill you onto a higher tier.
Can I export my data?
Yes. One button in Settings. Returns a zip with five CSVs (contacts, deals, tasks, activity log, emails) and a README with Pipedrive and Attio mapping hints. UTF-8, RFC 4180. No support ticket required.
Refund policy?
30 days, no questions. Email support@flatcrm.app from the address on the workspace and we process it the same day.
When should I NOT use FlatCRM?
If you have a sales team larger than three. If you need lead scoring, marketing automation, or multi-pipeline workflows. If your stack already includes HubSpot or Salesforce and you actually use the automation. The honest answer for those cases is HubSpot, Pipedrive, or — frankly — a spreadsheet.
Will you add AI?
Maybe a credit pack for summaries at month three, paid on top of the flat tier. Not before, and never as part of the base price. AI in the base price would dilute the cap promise.
Per-seat pricing later?
Never. Pair is a flat $39 for two seats. If a third teammate is required, you have outgrown the product — we mean that.
Mobile app?
Responsive web in v1. A native app is a maybe — only if mobile usage of the web app passes a real threshold. We will not ship a mobile app to look like we ship a mobile app.
08 — Voices, eventually
We’ll print real quotes here once we have them.
Beta opens in week four. Until then, these slots are honestly empty — we’d rather ship a blank than a fabricated testimonial.

09 — One button
A small CRM. No card to start. Cap-honest by design.
